When people say go right, we have a go at walking left. See what we can learn along the way and differ from the crowd. This isn't just 'thinking outside the box' mentality, sometimes everyone else is doing that so think inside the box, it can be simple. We encourage the belief of testing and trying and figuring it out, bend the rules, create your own shape once in a while.
Solutions
Stuff the awkward small talk and situations where people feel to hide behind the door because a hurdle has arrived, let's discuss grand ideas, small ideas, how to go left, right and centre. It's all good discussions and it's all solution based. No judgement here, only one foot in front of the other.
Growth
This is key in our business and in life. We are consistently looking at each project, even though everything goes well, we can celebrate but also analyse what else can be done to ensure our clients stay on top, and so do we.
